All orders from us will be shipped by using J&T / GDEX / Poslaju / Flash .

★ When will my order ship ★

For our Ready Stock items: The next working day!

As for Pre Order items: 14-21 business days! (It usually takes less than 14 days during normal season!)

 *** Do note that extra days may be needed for order during peak / holiday season.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email with a tracking number.

★ How are the shipping rates calculated ★

No matter where you at in Malaysia, we offer standard flat rate shipping of RM15 for order less than 1kg! FREE SHIPPING for order more than RM500

★ Incorrect address ★

Please contact us within 24 hours to amend any incorrect address. After 24 hours, no amendment will be entertained.
