Beyond The Aisle is an independent online retail and product sourcing platform based in Malaysia.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Beyond The Aisle is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with any brand, manufacturer, trademark owner or retailer whose products may be featured, sourced or referenced on this website.

Our role is to curate, independently purchase and source products through retailers, authorised stockists and other established international purchasing channels for our customers.

The availability of a product on Beyond The Aisle should not be interpreted as an official partnership, distributorship, agency or commercial relationship with the relevant brand.

TRADEMARKS & BRAND NAMES

All brand names, product names, trademarks, logos and other brand identifiers referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party brands and products are used for the purpose of identifying, describing and distinguishing the products offered or requested by customers.

Beyond The Aisle does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or brand identities.

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & SOURCING

Beyond The Aisle does not knowingly purchase, source, offer or sell counterfeit products.

We aim to source products through trusted retailers, authorised stockists and established purchasing channels.

Where a product is independently sourced, Beyond The Aisle acts as an independent retailer or sourcing intermediary and does not represent itself as the manufacturer, trademark owner or official distributor of the product.

If we have reasonable concerns regarding the authenticity or source of a product, we reserve the right to decline or cancel a sourcing request.

DECANTED & REPACKED PRODUCTS

Selected authentic products may be offered in smaller decanted or repacked quantities.

These products are independently transferred by Beyond The Aisle from the original full-size product into a new, clean smaller container.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, decanted or repacked products are not manufactured, packaged, endorsed or authorised by the original brand for sale in the smaller container provided by Beyond The Aisle.

The original brand is not responsible for the independent decanting, repacking, storage or handling carried out by Beyond The Aisle after the original product has been opened or transferred.

PRODUCT IMAGES & CONTENT

Product names and brand references are used to identify the relevant products.

Where third-party product imagery or other materials are displayed, the applicable intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

Beyond The Aisle does not claim ownership of third-party copyrighted materials.

We aim to use product materials for product identification and informational purposes. Rights holders who have concerns regarding specific content displayed on this website may contact us so that the matter can be reviewed promptly.

MyIPO notes that copyright owners have rights against unauthorised reproduction and use of protected works, so this notice is not a substitute for getting image permission where required. For BTA, I strongly recommend we gradually replace retailer/brand images with your own product photography wherever practical.
